Biography

Thomas Mc Donagh is a Senior Lecturer in Law in the Department of Law and Social Sciences. He was previously a Lecturer in Law at Middlesex University, Dubai. Prior to that he tutored and lectured at the University of Galway, Ireland; before which he worked in business and industry and taught at second level. He has particular experience of the London reinsurance market having worked for a number of years within a specialized unit of a leading Lloyd’s broker. Thomas' research interests are in the area of Public Law with a particular focus on comparative education rights.
