Research activities
Research interests include land law and human rights, disability discrimination, the nature of legal ownership, limits on the exercise of landowners' rights, empty dwelling management orders, rights of access to the countryside and coast, aspects of comparative land law, easements, adverse possession, problems in leasehold law, lease/licence parameters.
