Dr Eneless Nyoni is a lecturer in the department of law atMiddlesex University London.

Qualifications

Title: Doctor of Philosophy

Notes: Thesis: A critical analysis on directors’ duties in relation to creditor protection in developing countries using a comparative analysis of UK and Zambia. The research focused on the vulnerability of creditors especially when a company is on the verge of insolvency. The research adopted an interdisciplinary methodology which brought together legal research methods and social science methods using interviews in a qualitative approach. The research contributed to both literature and policy on how creditor protection can be improved using directors’ duties when a company is on the verge of insolvency
