My academic career expands over a period of almost 25 years, having taught Strategy- & Management-related courses in various Universities across five countries, advancing the knowledge and skills of students from 120 different countries. Simultaneously, I am aseasoned senior executive in the maritime industry, with more than 15 years of experiencein crew management and training, adding special emphasis on my significant expertisein The Philippines. I am passionate about improving efficiency oforganisations, mainly through boosting employees’ morale, knowledge and skill set,along with meaningful rationalisation of procedures, customised according tothe idiosyncrasies of each organisation. These two hats havemoulded my skills in such a way, that allows me to effectively contribute as a problemsolver and strategic change leader to a wide variety of industries, markets andindividual organisations, not necessarily attached to the maritime industry. Finally,I have developed significant business analysis skills for software development.
